Who We are
Grace Room Ministries is a faith-based not-for-profit organization based in Kigali Rwanda. It was established in 2018 with a strong desire to call back people to a place of deep relationship with God and to reach out to the world with love and compassion. We are financially supported by faithful friends and partners of Grace Room Ministries around the world.

Pastor Julienne Kabirigi Kabanda is the founder and lead pastor of Grace Room Ministries, a non-denominational evangelistic Ministry founded for the divine purpose of flooding people’s lives with the Light of Christ.
She is a renowned preacher, teacher and powerfully ministers under the grace of healing and deliverance where signs and wonders have always manifested during her ministration.
A last born in the family of eight children is happily married to Pr. Stanely Kabanda to whom they are blessed with 4 children. Pastor Stanely Kabanda together with Pr. Julienne are the Founders and senior Pastors of Jubilee Revival Assembly Church.
Pr. Julienne is a regular mega conferences preacher, radios, Televisions and Open-air crusades. She is greatly moved with compassion for the hurting and the lost.

What we do
Through the three fold hand of Grace; compassion, empowerment and outreach mission, the gospel is preached and lives have been transformed. We teach all people from different walks of life-race, culture, religion, to build a personal and empowering relationship with the Lord. Our all-inclusive services give room for all people to have an opportunity to encounter Jesus Christ.
Through outreach missions, we reach out to people in their different worlds and introduce them to the saving grace of Jesus. The hand of compassion is our opportunity to practice true religion in which we feed the hungry, cloth and shelter the needy, provide education to children, establish business start-ups for the poor, medical assistance, among others. We work with the support of faithful partners and friends who share the mission of Grace Room Ministries.

Compassion activities include acts of kindness extended toward the needy and vulnerable. They include:

Outreach Missions
“Go ye therefore and preach the gospel to the end of the world” was our LORD Jesus’ command. He demonstrated this by walking to places that nobody desired to reach out to.
At Grace Room Ministries we are passionate about sharing the light of Jesus Christ to the lost through:
- Door to door evangelism
- Street evangelism
- Open air crusades
Empowerment
At Grace Room Ministries God has called us to bring his people under his light and Grace to receive deliverance. We emphasize personal encounter with the Lord through a persistent growing relationship in which life is drawn from the eternal source through prayer and fasting, worship and praise, meditations among others. Our empowerment activities include:
- Teaching and preaching the word of God
- Seminars and workshops for different sectors
- Life skills impartations
- Ministry training and discipleship
